Cancellations: In order to accomodate all patients fairly and in a prompt manner, a minimum of 48 hours advance notice is required for cancelled appointments.
If less than 48 hours is given, a $75 payment will be required for the missed appointment prior to or at the time of your next appointment. Dental insurance does not cover payment for missed appointments.
Payment Policy: Our fees are based on the current fee guide as recommended by the Ontario Dental Association. Acceptable forms of payment are VISA, MasterCard, Debit, Cheque and Cash.
For patients with dental insurance, claims will be submitted on their behalf. Since most claims are submitted electronically, patients usually receive reimbursements within days.
Payment is due at the time treatment is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made. For treatment that requires multiple visits, alternative financial arrangements and payment plans can be arranged. Please contact us for more information.
